Google Bangladesh Under Attack!
Go to 'google.com.bd’ and you'll notice a weird black screen with a message on the screen saying 'Google Bangladesh STAMPED by Team Pak Cyber Attackers instead of the conventional Google search box. The hackers have identified themselves as Faisal 1337 with their e-mail address and Facebook page posted right below.
To prevent users from visiting the website, Google has allowed Bangladesh users access to the global site 'www.google.com'. Sumon Ahmed Sabir, chief strategy officer for Fibre At Home,
"It has been compromised. Some hacker group, they are claiming they did it. All search queries from Bangladesh go through the gateway of Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited or BTCL. The hackers have redirected the information for ‘google.com.bd’ on BTCL’s DNS entry, he said. So Google users have been landing in other pages."
BTCL announced just a few moments earlier that the problem has been cleared up, but 'google.com.bd' is still inaccessible.
